Marketing Assistant - Ecommerce

Salary: £18k to £ 24k

A high end furniture manufacturer in west London is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their newly formed marketing team. As this is a new department within the company, there is plenty of scope for quick career progression and variety within the role.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, your role will be to support the marketing team in the execution of all online and offline marketing activities. This will include:

- Building and managing social media profiles including facebook, twitter, pinterest and management of the blog
- Researching press and business opportunities
- Assisting with newsletter content and promotions
- Co-Managing marketing calendars for events, promotions & content production
- Performing analysis of online marketing campaigns
- Researching competitor activity
- Sourcing agencies and providers
- Producing and updating web content
- Assisting with other adhoc / business and marketing requirements

In order to be considered, you will need to be able to demonstrate all of the following:

- A minimum of two years working within a marketing department
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- An interest in design
- Solid time management and general organisation skills
