Senior Flash AS3 Developer

Salary: £35k to £45k

A small but smart digital agency is on the lookout for an additional Flash Actionscript (AS3) Developer to join their team just south of central London. These guys work with some of the most seductive brands in the world, and continually produce work that dazzles and attracts the wealthy target audience that goes along with this. Based in a contemporary studio environment with the latest Macs and as much free coffee as you like, this is the sort of place that would easily win those good places to work awards, if that was the sort of thing they would even consider entering.

The work will predominantly be full website builds, as opposed to banner work. However, you can expect a good level of social media stuff like Facebook apps, interactive viral videos and similar projects. You will work closely with the design team, advising on the appropriate use of new technologies and effects, but won't be expected to come up with the overall creative concept. That said, it's a very creative company where everyone's ideas are taken on board, so you can flex that creative muscle if you feel like it.

In order to be considered, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Loads of development experience in Flash Actionscript (OO AS3)
- Some knowledge of HTML / CSS / jQuery (HTML5 / CSS3 advantageous)
- Outstanding attention to detail and an appreciation of good design
- A strong ability to work as part of a team or independently as required
- Experience of working within an agency environment
