Producer / Project Manager

A super creative marketing agency in central London is on the lookout for an additional Producer / Project Manager to help them deliver a range of campaigns. These guys have a solid track record in the entertainment and youth industries, but that isn't their rigid specialism - more a testament of their success in these sectors. They are growing rapidly with big plans for 2012 and this is your chance to be involved in a pivotal role.

There will be plenty of challenges along the way, but you will be supported by an award winning team. It's also worth noting that this isn't your run of the mill factory style setup - they find plenty of time to get out and mingle with other industry bods, catching up with the latest trends or just enjoying getting to know others over a drink or two.

As a Producer / Project Manager, you will work in a "pod" arrangement alongside designers, coders and creatives on predominantly digital and social media projects, although there will be some print, TV and motion campaign elements from time to time. The size of projects varies quite a bit, from fast turnaround advertising campaigns right up to big content managed website builds.

As this is such an important position within the company, you will need a solid grounding in digital and integrated production. As a minimum, this should include:

- Solid project management experience within a digital or integrated agency
- Handling the full range of client interaction
- Producing cost estimates, specification documents and timing plans
- Ensuring there is just enough resource on a project
- Good understanding of creative processes and web technologies
- The ability to deal with people effectively on all levels
