A hugely creative and rapidly growing marketing agency in central London is looking for a Business Development Executive to help them expand their client base. These guys are one of the funkier players in the industry, working with a range of entertainment and youth brands. They have some big plans for 2012 and this is your opportunity to play a major part in them.

As Business Development Executive, you will work alongside the Sales Director to identify and engage target clients. This is a pivotal role within the business with a big impact on where they are heading, so you will need to be at the top of your game. As a minimum, you should be able to demonstrate strong ability in all of the following:

- Business Development within an agency or creative organisation - Identifying new opportunities that are achievable - Cold calling prospective clients and introducing them to the agency - Plenty of commercial nouse - A likeable, can-do attitude
